I read every message that comes in, whether it’s a question about a bookie, a correction, or a tip about an offer I’ve missed. This is a one-woman site, so you won’t get a ticket number or an auto-reply from a call centre. You’ll get me, usually with a cup of tea in hand.
Drop Me a Line
The best way to reach me is by email: [email protected]
I usually reply within a couple of working days. It can take a little longer around the big race meetings and the business end of the GAA championship, when I’m out and about more than usual. If your message is time-sensitive, such as an offer that’s about to end, put that in the subject line and I’ll look at it first.
The Messages I Love Getting
Some of the most useful changes on this site have come from readers. These are the emails I’m always glad to see:
- Something out of date. Welcome offers, payment methods and withdrawal times change all the time, sometimes overnight. If you spot a figure on a review that doesn’t match what the bookie is showing today, tell me which page and what you’re seeing, and I’ll check it and update the review.
- A licence change. If a bookie is added to or removed from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland register, that changes how I rate it. A heads-up helps me keep every review accurate.
- Your own experience. How quickly a withdrawal landed, how support handled a problem, or a market you couldn’t find. I won’t publish your details, but real experiences help me know what to check next.
- A topic you’d like covered. If there’s a bet type, a race meeting or a bookie you want explained in plain English, I’m all ears.
What Helps Me Answer Quickly
A few details make it much easier to help:
- The page you’re writing about, or the name of the bookie.
- Roughly when you saw the offer or the problem.
- A screenshot, if it’s about a figure or a term on a bookie’s site.
Please don’t send me account passwords, card numbers or copies of your ID. I’ll never ask for them, and I don’t need them to look into anything.
Things I Can’t Sort Out for You
- Problems with your betting account (a withdrawal, a bonus, a verification check) need to go to the bookie’s own customer support. I can’t access or change anyone’s account.
- Complaints about a GRAI-licensed bookie: the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland now has an enforcement and complaints function, so if a licensed bookie won’t sort a problem out, you can raise it with the regulator after using the bookie’s own complaints process.
- Tips and predictions. I don’t give out betting tips by email, and I can’t tell you what to bet on.
- If gambling is worrying you, you can ring Gambling Care for free on 1800 753 753. There’s no need to email me first.
